Crock Pot Pork Roast

Ingredients:

1 2-3 pound pork roast, fat trimmed
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
8-10 baby red potatoes, quartered
1 cup baby carrots
1 bay leaf
1 cup chicken stock

Directions:

Rub roast all over with salt, pepper and garlic powder.  Add to crock pot with bay leaf.  Pour chicken stock over meat.  Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
